How to ... move down signature bar... where to edit

Hi, I would like to move the signature down away from the post. The signature is always so close to the post stuff. Is there a way i can move it down several inches. Which template do i modify?

Enjoy and you don't need to put a bunch of <br />'s just to place the sigs on bottom.. :D
