I'm thinking about buying a vbulletin site, but I have some questions,
Number 1: Can I put skins, headers, ect. (discluding footer) on my site of my choice for free with a leased license?
Number 2: Can I have moderators, ect. with a leased license?
Number 3: Besides the owning it forever, and having to pay a less amount to renew it, on a owned license, is there a difference between leased and owned?
Number 4: Can you have private messages free of charge?
