I'm wondering if 3.7 will have it's own mod section, or will use the current 3.6 section. I'm wondering if I'll have to re-release my mods.

Judging from past upgrades 3.x -> 3.5 -> 3.6 I'm going to go out on a limb here and say 3.7 will have its on forum.
Just a assumption, and you know what happens when anyone assume's anything.

Sure you will have to re-release your mods.. lol.. that's the pleasure of vb.org, having to re-release your mods will simply makes you more popular and more active... ;)

As already said, it will. I'm eager to see what sort of new modifications people come up with!

Yes it will.
Paul M, it will be done for Beta 1 (like 3.5/3.6) or when it will be gold (3.0)?
I hope for Beta 1 :)

Which will be a good thing because it appears some mods will not install on 3.7.0.. Specifically Photoplog Lite downloaded from here and a few others that I have tried. Had to downgrade to 3.6.8 on a site.

Hmmm...I got Photoplog on my site so that may be an issue.
Then again, doesnt 3.7 have it's own member photo area? As long as it offers the basics that would be more than enough for me.
Would it be better to uninstall the mod before the upgrade or does it matter?

I am sure it will be fixed up as soon as possible. It wouldn't install on a new 3.7.0 Beta 1 installation. I haven't tested it on an upgrade.
Were there any changes in the coding?

Yes, there were changes to add new features. The style of coding hasn't really changed though but that doesn't mean your modifications won't need to be updated.

It's better every coder updates their mods for 3.7 to be sure they works with 3.7 :)

It has a member photo area for individual users, but not collaborated groups or galleries like photoplog. There also isn't a way to covert the two, at least yet.

Are there any new Images (icons, buttons etc) appearing in 3.7?

I have applied two modifications from 3.5 to 3.7 and they still work without a problem...I was very thankful for that!

At least he knows I have mods :(
So there's no section for 3.7 yet. Some coders want to have fun already Paul M., ya know.
and I mean this in a humorous, not demanding way before people flame me

There is no section because my ISP suffered a Major Failure last night - my access went down for about 9 hours, so it'll have to wait until tonight now (uk time).
