how can move my navbar on top of the header picture like is shown in this site?

In your FORUMHOME, FORUMDISPLAY and SHOWTHREAD templates all you would need to do is just revert the order of header and navbar.

In those three templates, find:
$header
$navbar

replace it with
$navbar
$header.

Then you need to revert header and navbar in the template that controls the main page of vBAdvanced. I think that template should be adv_portal.
