How do you ban IP addy's from people who come to the site by using an anonymous IP addy website?

This is the info. for a Guest viewing my board

The AOL RDNS you quoted is very common. Blocking that will block legitimate AOL users. I don't know how AOL connections work, but I can always tell when an AOL'er is on the forum... the WOL goes crazy with multiple IP connections. Drives me nutty. :D

That is not someone using an anonymous proxy, that is a legitimate AOL user.
