All members receive email notification of ALL new posts?

I'm looking for something that mimics the notification on Yahoo Groups. Ideally, it would notifiy users about a new post, and include the actual content. They would have to visit the forum to reply, of course.

Does anyone know if this exists? I searched and searched, but couldn't find anything...
