Some Usergroups can see

Is there a hide hack only for registered users.... but that they also cant see that there is actually a hidden block

Your block lacks clarity, can you post maybe a screenshot of the section of the forum in which you wish to hide. Maybe people might be able to help you out more if you better explain your end goal.
