Ticket type system

Is there some sort of Ticket System or whatever addon compatable with 3.6.8 that will enable a registered member and above to post a message for Admins only in the assigned admin section ..or per say....Sr. Admin category....that is created yet hidden from the others..in order for a regular member to inform the higher management of the forums of things that are important?

Just set up a regular forum, and then change the user group permissions for that forum to

That way, they can only view threads that they create.
