How do I add an affliate program to my subscription website?

I would like to add some sort of affiliate program to my subscription website. I would like to have people get a unique URL that links to my website and pays them either a percent or fixed price for a successful paying member. I am using vbulletin's included subscription script and cannot find any affliate program that works with it.

Is this possible, I too need a plugin that does this. If one doesn't exist I'd pay to have one made!
