SMS Messaging IDEA!

Okay I had an idea for a user to add his/her cell phone number into there details, now it wouldn't be visible to anyone except Admins, but users could send them SMS messages from the site? They could also receive SMS message when they get a PM, and so on? Anyone like it, I want to code this with someone, because I'm just leaning PHP so I can't do it myself, but would love to do it with someone? I got this mySQL driven script here that sends out SMS messages, so we can use that to start on? Any takers?

sms have to get from the internet as text messages onto the phone network. you thus need a server that can access the sms network to send out the messages. I seriously doubt there is a free one you can use unless you can piggy back on say the ICQ one of the mtnsms.com one without them knowing/caring.
