Private Messages Triggered at specific times

Is there a modification available that would allow pre-written PM's to be sent to new users at specific times (for instance a week after registration or after x number of posts).

I'd like to set up a FAQ PM that addresses specific topics (in small manageable PM's that I can space out over time or posts) that addresses the most commonly asked questions on our site.
