How do i make a popup?

Hi i have flashchat and its under a "chat" tab. I want it to whenever someone clicks on it, to bring up a new window. I figure its just a type of thing and should be easy. Well anyhelp is appreciated.

You need to add target="flashchat" to your link.

Here is an example.

href="http://www.yoursite.com/forums/chat/flashchat.php" target="flashchat">Flash Chat</a></td>

You can also use, target="blank" in place of it.
