Photos not showing up in threads

Some users aren't able to see photo's in threads whereas others can. I have gone in and checked usergroup/forum manager permissions which all seem to be set correctly (IMG code and Attachments are enabled). Also when the insert image icon is used the pictures don't show; the image code has to be copied (say from photobucket) and pasted into the thread without using the icon.

Any suggestions? Is there something I am obviously not checking?

I'd say for the users who can't see them to clear their cache and cookies first.

Okay. I sent them a message and asked them to do this. Hopefully this works.

Still a problem. Anyone have any ideas as to what will fix this?
