I cant reinstall it!

I installed VB and then, tried to reinstall it, know when i got to my install.php and entr my customer #. the screen just reloads and I cannot install it.

If I can elaborate on that - I am the person installing it..

Lunatic's customer number has Letters in it, I was on the understanding that it was just numbers?

Make sure that you use the version downloaded for the customer account that you are using.
