Very nice, looks great. Only thing I dont like is the gradient used in the last post column. Are you planing on releasing this style? would love to use it.

It's pretty, but it's SLOW.

Gradient used on last post column is the same used in 1st column m8 ... 2 different gradients.
Thanks for your reply.

Loads Fast my side m8 ... there is noting added that can load it slow.

flash song, flash timer... boggus...
too much forums for a startup... you loose your visitors in a flow of empty forums.

As a sideline on - are you willing to share that travelling register button?

There is such a thing as too much of a good thing. I like the holidays as much as most people but you could tone it down and still have a great theme... The header is great and has good graphics. Below that everything looks cramped and compressed. I'd remove have a dozen wreaths.

Extremely busy, even for me. Scrolling text, empty forums and far to many flashing images which distracts from the style.
I would also work on the alt1 and alt2 gradients and give them a more subtle feel. One of the gradients really does give off far to much prominance compared to the other gradient in the alt areas.
With regards to the images above the tcats. I would implement some kind of string so they look attached to each other or design some kind of branch so they don't look like they are defying the law of gravity.
I couldn't review any further than the forumhome because every forum is set to private but judging by the forumhome I would tone down the flashing and scrolling images and concentrate on simplifying it a little.
Keep the style simple using subtle colours and allow the images which you design to break out the style to give it that xmas edge. :D Xmas edge, I like that one.

or as an option, you could consider tabbed forums...
