help on Last code

Well I guess i need help with 2 things, first thing is the:

Now CHMOD the /arcade directory and all its subfolders to 0777

Im not too sure what CHMOD is.

I ended up doing everything w/o it just to see if its something that doesnt need to be done, but anyhow on the last coding step

In this navbar-Template search for:
<td class="vbmenu_control"><a href="calendar.php$session[sessionurl_q]">$vbphrase[calendar]</a></td>

I dont find this in my template. I have a custom made template and im not able to find that one in there but on teh default template its there. Any help is appreciated

CHMOD set the priviliges on the folders to let the server and/o users write/read etc...

I presume that you used something to FTP (copy) your files up to your server? Well you may be able to use that program to CHMOD the files/folders.

Start your ftp program connect to your host find the file/directory that needs chmod'ing and right click it. You might see an option to chmod or see the properties ;) I use cuteftp or smartftp for this.

You may also be able to do this step in your hosting control panel via the file manager.

thx for the help, i was able to do the CHMOD thing, but im stiill missing the navbar:

i have a custom made skin so is this the reason?

Hmmm... I'm having a slight problem with the Arcade, I have done everything the tutorial said to do. Done CHMOD, done all the codes except the last one because my style doesn't have that code to search for and I still can't find the link at the top to get to the Arcade, can anyone help me plz? Thanks.
