Styles w/Arcade & integrated with phpFOX

I've looked at a lot of the syles provided on this site for ver. 3.6.x and one of the issues I'm running into is that many do not have the Arcade menu.

Secondly, my vBulletin is integrated with phpFOX, so the style needs to just be for the vBulletin system itself and not for the page.

Any tips for newbie here are appreciated.
