Config.php

My friend installed the site for me, but now everythign got messed up (AKA, the red x's, bad links) and I wanna get the Config.php, save it, than delete everything, reupload it all, with the same config.php ( so I dont have to do it) but I cant find where it is. Help?

It's in a folder called "includes" which is in your main folder.

wtf, I uninstalled VB advanced, and its still looking for that template? ANd when I go to , forums.halouniverse.org that works, thats all I want, a direct link to that
