How do I create a page only of connected users (ony with Currently Active Users) ?

I don't need any style,
Only that this will connect them to the list insofar and they are registered, or will leave them as guests insofar and they not

please help me

I want to create a Iframe for external page with only connected users
Only that will connect them to the list if they are registered, or will leave them as guests if they not

I don't need the link to the list
I need a page without header & footer... to put that in ASP page as Iframe
