Downloading Plugins And Hacks etc

How is every 1:

i have seen on many downloading forums and downloading webs.they have vb skins hacks ,nulled vbs ,plugins and near about every thing.

Some forums have paid vb skns vb seo or other paid services.
what's your preferance should we download them.i mean i think woth 30 $ and we are getting is for free and 100 % working.

should we go with them ????
