follow these steps:
Under the Add new BBCode page - For title enter Gametrailers and for tag enter gt
Then in the textbox titled Replacement, paste the below code:

You can optionally create an image to show the tag in the posting area and put the path to that image in the Button Image field.
save it and to add videos to your posts, simply type the code of the trailer.
for example if you want to play a trailer with code 28750 then enter this:
28750
