Usergroup Color issue

I have a user who is a primary user in a certain group who's group username color is GREEN. THe problem I have is that this is the only user out of 10k who's not displaying their username color.

Any ideas?

Has the user also been allocated to a secondary usergroup? If so, check the "Display Usergroup" setting in the user profile (AdminCP). It may be set to the secondary usergroup and not the primary.
