youtube like video - auto converts user uploads - check it out

So I just finished hacking up photopost to do what i want, after about 3 days I got it working.

My server auto converts any video format uploaded, automatically, to flv (flash video files). It will take wmv, avi, mpeg, etc etc...

It will also create a thumbnail of the video a few seconds in.

We have also done something like this, but to allow video posting withing vBulletin, without Photoplog. We create also a thumbnail sheet similar to the one created by Windows Media Players.

It's a pleasure developing video add-ons with the tools you have at your disposal these days. Mencoder, ffmpeg, flvtool2, all wonderful applications!

Id like to note that anyone who wishes to do this has to be on a dedicated server as the software required is not standard on any web host.
