Locked Icons???

Hi -

I have not figured this out and its prob. a minor thing that I have done and forgotten about --

the icons on my page are in "lock" status, but if you click on the forum you can get into them. NONE of them appear to be locked in the admin area, but where is the place to check or uncheck the lock all forums button?

uh - nevermind. I suspect I have selected the "only members can post" ... that is it, I think.
