Date Change

I was wondering if there is a way to change the Date format from 11/25/07 to 25/11/07, in Australia, we show the day first.

Yes i would also like to display the UK date format anyway of doing this ? dd/mm/yyyy or even using the vbulletin date format would be good ie- 2 days ago, 1 week ago......
