Cant access my domine

I cant access my domine at all with my IP please help me any one to solve this problem ,

How can i flush my DNS so i can access my domine ??

Since accessing your domain is most likely a problem with your domain host (Not setting up the DNS servers correctly) and not vBulletin, that would be the best place to check. Log in to the control panel at the site where you bought your domain name. Contact your host for the correct DNS name servers and then add them to your DNS Server fields on the control panel at the site where you purchased the domain.
