IP address log for visits?

I can't seem to find any standard way to determine the IP address of a user from their last visit, only for individual posts and registration.

Does this information exist in the database somewhere?

If not, can anyone recommend a plug-in or mod that logs the IP address of users for their most recent visit(s), even if they didn't post? This would be very helpful in tracking trolls and problem users.

I don't think the last IP Address of user is stored for long periods of time. You may find it in the Session table but I'm sure that they are periodically deleted by the clean-up scripts.
