wierd error message at top of forum index

can anyone explain what I might have done to cause this or what it means?

Disable the latest product you've installed and see if it solves the problem. If it does you need to check you have the latest version of the product.

I did that and nothing changed. Oddly enough my forum width changed a bit too it seemed to "cut off" a bit on the right side of my forum and I have a fixed length.
