Subforum Column Widths

Hello,
I need to adjust my subforum column widths. What templates do I modify? And what code do I need to add?

My forumhome is fine; but the levels beneith it could use some tweaking.
I'll give an illustration :

If this were my forumhome...

Cat1
-Cat1a
--sub1
--sub2
--sub3
-Cat1b
-Cat1c

Cat2
-Cat2a
--sub1
--sub2
--sub3
-Cat2b
-Cat2c

I need to know what templates will adjust "Cat1" and "Cat1a" subforum column widths. And what code to add to do so.

I've done two main template edits:

And I've checked the values in my forumhome_forumbit_level1_nopost template and they total 100%
