How come my custom ranks dont work?

I made a custom rank (image shows up beside it) I put the correct settings in, I updated everything but still nothing shows up,

Whats wrong?

Runing 3.6.8 patch level 2

Not really a answer for us to give you, i would post a screen shot of what you have setup and then try to get a response to your question.
