Is there an addon or hack that I can install in my admin cp to alert me of different IP's signing into other user accounts? I've encountered some password sharing and would like to put an end to it and protect my private forums.

Easy solution.
They share their account.
Ban them.
It will stop pretty quickly if they care about being a member there.

I don't if I don't catch them right? This is what I am looking for. Something that works the same as the AE detector (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=125871)but detected other IP addresses/users logging into accounts rather than one person making multiple usernames.

You need to realize that many users have dynamic IPs (all your aol users do) and some users will log on from home and from work and thus you will have different IPs for them. So really, I think something that automatically kicks out a user who logs on with another IP may cause problems to some legitimate users. Simply making a statement on your home page that you will start banning users who share accounts may make those that are sharing accounts stop doing so.
