If you are going to complain, please use English and not slang so we can understand what you are saying.

And if you need urgent support, why dont you just use a Support Ticket on vBulletin.Com?

I find the vBulletin support team awesome!

I have asked a few questions and they have got back to me 30 minutes after I asked it.
