Email notification Mod

I have several moderators that can not visit the forum often enough to scan for less than desireable posts to delete. We're doing 3-500 posts per day...

How can I add the body (content) of the post to the email notifications? (For moderators and admins only)?

Requires a hack or a simple template mod?
