Can this be done for one forum?

I was wondering if there was a way to make it so in only one forum when you clicked on a thread it opened up like this:

http://gridironfans.com/forums/showthread.php?p=284102#post284102

and not this:

http://gridironfans.com/forums/showthread.php?t=45364

Is this at all possible?
