Quickreply button

Do anyone know how to disable click on quickreply to reply a post? Look at my forum HERE (http://animeproject.nyunyu.info) If you can see, you have to click on quickreply icon to reply a post. Where can I go to make the reply box ready for a reply without having to click on the button?

vB Options >> Message Posting and Editing Options >> Quick Reply >> Yes, Click Not Required.
