Default avatar after registration..

How do i make all my newly regsitered users have a default defined avatar of my choose until they happen to change it themselves in the admincp?
I have seen it in a couple of sites now but i still haven't found anything that could help me with it

Released for 3.5.4 although posts saying it works with the latest 3.6.8
