Forum Manager Back Up?

In the forum manager in the adminCP is there a way to back up just the forum and child forums? Reason is when you change web host and want to start with a new database and all you want is what is in the forum manager. I am going to start over and all I need is the forums that I have made. That is what was time consuming for me. Just wondering if this is possible?

No you can not backup/restore part of a board. Either restore all and remove what you don't need, or use ImpEx but that will also import more then you want.
