ok.... so my first question is regarding passwords. I need to know how set that a password never expires on a users account. Secondly I also want to disable the feature where users can not use a password that they have used before.
And finally my users are having problems when logging off, as they have to use the logoff tab twice. The first time it says that cookies have been cleared, but still show the user logged in. When the user uses the logoff tab again it then shows the username and password boxes for a user to login. I have tested in both IE and Firefox and get exactly the same each time.
Does anybody know why this is happening? and how to fix it?
