Has anyone here ever used vbskins.com? If so, what was your impression? Did the style work well for you, etc.? Ever try to use one with vBadvanced?

Ive used many of there free styles. Best way to find out is to test them, cant hurt anything.

I've used them back when they were ForumTemplates.com - nice, simple skins.

vbskins.com is not a good quality skin to be honest.

I find their artwork a little weird and not professional.

It's a shame they've gotten rid of their free ones, they used to be quite good.

They do, just go to "Popular" and it is the 2nd group "Popular Free Templates".

Some of the best templates to vB. Simply and elegant, work well to vBadvanced and other mods!
I move all my forums to vbskins.com...

The are very pretty, however, most of the ones I used had to be re-coded from scratch due to performance problems.

all our skins are from vbskins.com (except default of course), they work very well and were installed easily.

I purchased the Warcraft/RaidArena skin from VBSkins last year as well as a custom logo for the site. I use it on my guild site at http://www.temporalorder.com

JimThat style is by "vBSkinWorks" (Smacklan's site), not "vBSkins" (I can't recall who runs that site these days).

I used to them use them when they were forumtemplates.com as I think it was easier to use then.
