Is there a "where to find it in the templates" FAQ?

I want to add the forum list nav thing at the top....the one that says like:

vBulletin.org forum / Community Discussions / General vBulletin Discussions

I want add that at the bottom of the form page also.

Is there a FAQ? Is there a mod for that?
