500 internal Sever error

I just got this on my Admincp :@
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@hhgs.net and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Have you contacted your host to ask them ?

500 error messages are usually a server issue.

Yeh but surely if Admincp didnt work Modcp shoulnt?

did you add anything to the admincp ? a .htaccess file maybe ??

I was logging on well about to going through User options then i saw that and i was like oh crap !
