Okay. I have disabled all my products/plugins and it is still not showing up. I guess this isn't caused my a modification?

Out of curiosity I took a quick look at your site and ishop doesnt seem to be working.

Yeah. It does work, you just have to refresh it when you go to the ishop.php page. Not sure why it does that.

Can you post an image of what this problem is? Do you mean when you go to the Main CSS page for a style, you don't see any of the Save buttons on the right hand side? Are they in your source code but just not showing in your page?
