prevent users with low post count view specific forum

how do i prevent users with a low post count from viewing a specific forum? i wanted to make users have at least 10 posts before they could view a certain forum? is this possible?

perhaps you could solve this with an automated promotion:

Admin Panel -> User Groups -> Promotions
