Add site arm to all image attachment

how can i do add the site arm to all image attachment in my forum?

exampel: http://img.helpsat.net/img/211_2.0%20(15).gif

in top left of the pic is the arm from master attachment site in vb.

i want to add the another arm to my all images too.

please help me.
