Problen adding Child Forums/Forum Manager Problem

I have been having problems adding child forums. A few days ago, the new child forums would not appear for about 5 minutes. Today, I tried adding a few child forums, but none are visible after about 30 minutes. I also get a blue screen after I click save.

New posts on the board are updated immediately so it seems to be a problem with the "Forum Manager" or the server....

No, only the Forum Manager screen is blue. The menu on the left still shows...

Are you using a multiple server setup with a Master/Slave database?

Other then that, some things to check:
- PHP memory_limit
- mod_security
- Suhosin / Hardened PHP

I had to deactivate the VBSEO plugin to be able to manage (add) child forums...
