Quick merge forums

Is there a quick way to merge a forum category into another one? I can't see a way to do it in admin, and the only other way I can do it is by selecting all the threads in the frontend and moving them, which is what I normally do until the forum is empty then delete it, but I have like 10,000 threads I want to move this time.

You can move all the posts from one forum to another and then delete the empty forum

Brilliant, I was looking in Forums - just needed to look a bit further down. I've been using vBulletin for nearly a year now but there's still a lot of stuff I haven't done yet. :)

In a lot of other forum softwares there is an option to merge forums when you delete the forum but there is no such thing in vB

It's true, that's what I was expecting to see in forum management. As long as it's possible though that's OK by me.
