Ok,Well a site that i went on abouttt 7 months ago vB,i can't remeber the site name or adress so im stuff anyways,

It was a name which was flashing red well it was like > red then it went black again then red,It was a username not a image.
PLEASE Help i may even pay LOL.

Well this is a HTML code i think,
Its like goes > in red along their username.

I think you just put into your text color : "FF0000" This will make the words red.

the username was moving by red
So each letter went red like this :

Exept when it ended on a letter it went
E.g

then iifjoufhfuofru
and so on its hard to explain as i dont know the site :[
