I want to put a message on the top of every page,
so that all the members who are not in the staff group can see that massage on every page when they open,
how cain i do that,

We are currently looking for some good posters for Nokia 60 series applications section who must have posting experience in some other forum and have latest applications if u have this then we can permote u to staff members and move ur group to special poster if you are willing to do that then just pm admin, or email us at
