The first suggestion I have is to make the welcome header an image, maybe add a logo in it.

I love that standings module on your cmps. I'd love it even more if I knew how you did it.

The only thing I can see...that could be changed is at the bottom where the contact us and so on shows. I like it centered on the forum/cms and located within one color. Great job!
