Smilies on individual boards?

Does anyone know if it's possible to have smilies that only show up when posting on specific boards within my forums? I feel like this is easy and I'm just overlooking something.

For example, I have a member who wanted to have a whole bunch of Dallas Cowboys smilies to use on the Cowboys forum of my site. I'd like to provide this for him, but I don't really want the entire site to have to sift through Cowboys smilies to get to the ones they want to use.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance for you help.
